Module 2 - Equity and Mission in Hiring Processes

During this workshop, attendees will gain a better understanding of the University's mission as it pertains to the hiring process, while developing strategies to best prepare and apply inclusive recruitment practices in their searches. As committee members who have responsibility for the full recruiting cycle, attendees will learn recruiting best practices from the facilitators and each other, while also reflecting on ways that bias can impact their recruiting, selection, and interview processes.
