What do I do if my existing documents are not accessible?
In the Additional Resources, you'll see a link to Sensus Access. This can be very useful in terms of converting text that is unreadable to readable text. It will not necessarily convert all headings and it certainly won't put alt text in there, but it gives you a good base to start from.
I don't like the way the headers look in MS Word, can I change the look?
You bet! In the ribbon you can right mouse click on the header you want to change and it will change it for all instances of the header.
