The task surely felt daunting and monumental on top of the stress the pandemic was already causing. How could faculty make sense of the huge amount of information that was being shared with them to guide their work? In our interview with Dr. Andy Slade, Chair of the English Department, we learned how he helped English faculty support each other by creating "E-Learning development groups" where they shared their struggles, their successes, and their questions.
